Every project will be started with a thorough information exchange between Direction and the client so that we can have a better understanding on the client’s condition and needs.

Once having an overview of the client’s business and the need for visualisation, Direction will conduct a research to find out all elements needed for the project (market insight, industry’s characteristics, consumer’s behaviours and preferences, etc). From that research, we’ll come up with feasible solutions and recommendations for the client.

Master

The most valuable thing the client will receive in this step is a direction moodboard, including different ideas and directions for the project. Both parties will meet and determine the most appropriate direction, which must not only satisfy the innovative solution but also serve the brand strategy.

Here, the most appropriate design option selected from the last step will be implemented in a design master. We offer different options from which the client can compare and make decision. A basic guidelines will be offered to assist the client to know how to apply the design master.

Based on the design master and visual identity elements, Direction will consult on the development and application of a unique brand/product identity system for each specific business segment or activity of the client.

The last step in the process is to finalise all the works and deliver them to the client along with a comprehensive a brand guidelines which gives clear instructions on how to use and communicate a brand. The two parties will have a final meeting to evaluate the project and discuss about the long-term collaboration.
